What the service solves
Not every asset needs an expensive detailed 3D model. The key question is what decision the model should support: quantities, asset records, carbon assessment, maintenance, coordination or a future digital twin.
Two levels
FULL BIM
- full 3D information model,
- object structure and attributes,
- IFC output for coordination, quantities or asset management.
FLAT BIM
- lean data model built over 2D documentation,
- areas, lengths, volumes and basic attributes,
- practical asset data without unnecessary modelling overhead.
Typical output
Structured model or dataset, basic classification, quantities, selected attributes and a clear explanation of what the model can and cannot be used for.
